It is in a nice and perfect location with patient staff who apologised profusely for the service. The hotel is in a pretty area.

Amazing location in the very quiet area, so close to amenities in the town and rolling green fields. Spotless units and immensely pleasant staff at reception desk. An absolutely fantastic and appealing hotel, my first choice in Kinsale.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area outside of town but still close enough to the city center as to not be a problem.

Room 225 showcased amazing views and ample space, though lacking a fridge, which might be a concern for some. The dinner menu proved to be a highlight, with perfectly cooked steak and attentive service creating a nice dining experience. Breakfast fell short, with slow service and mix-ups regarding inclusion, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Lovely quiet hotel, with excellent facilities. Comfortable rooms, with beautiful spacious bathroom
We had a room that had adjoining doors, making it very noisy early morning when next door guests were getting ready, it was like they were in the same room as us! Perhaps this should be pointed out on checking in.

The picturesque interior design and fine hydrotherapy pool. We enjoyed the amazing views during our room upgrade to the harbour view suite.

Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere
There were weddings on 2 of the days. If you are not a wedding guest, this is pretty intrusive. The lighting in the bathrooms is terrible - try shaving under that light!

The location is perfect for exploring Old Head Golf Links and enjoying the local charm. The views from the hotel are amazing, and the spa was an amazing bonus! Just be aware that the restaurant service could be more attentive.
Our room had some lighting issues, and it took a while to get a replacement lamp. This did put a slight damper on our stay but didn't ruin the fun overall.

Breakfast was very good and the garden suite was clean, bright and spacious. The pool and leisure centre were also very good. The Hotel has a beautiful scenic location.
The bar was too bland and lacked character. The cost of the courtesy bus to Kinsale was far too expensive especially for a family of 5.

It was a very relaxing experience . As we arrived late we did not have the opportunity to assess the hotel experience.
Bed and breakfast price would be preferable.

The views from my room were fine 🌅 The location is perfect for exploring Kinsale. The room lighting was quite poor. I struggled with it at times.
